We didn't exactly know where to have our dinner on our first visit to Cannes. We chose this restaurant because there were diners already in the restaurant while several places were still empty for an early dinner. We found the food to be good for a reasonable price. The service was friendly.

Marina Caffe was my go to spot for breakfast while in Cannes for 5 nights. They have a nice fixed menu of wholesome English / American style breakfast. The Full English was my favorite for only €13 that included coffee, OJ, toast, 2 eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans. They also have sweet offerings like crepes, etc. Their toilets located on the upper floor are spacious and clean. It looked like a family run place and everyone was friendly with good service and attention. The Cafe is located in the heart of Cannes centre, so it's a great location. The prices are very reasonble compared to other nearby places. Highly recommend Marina Caffe!

Because many of the other places were almost full we tried this restaurant for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by a reasonably priced and tasty plat du jour, nice wine and good friendly service so give it a try. The seating was comfortable and location ideal outside in the sun .

Randomly picked this place because they were open early when almost everything else was closed. They have good prices on a lot of their dishes we picked the €24 option which includes appetizer, entree, and dessert. We had the escargot and tomato mozzarella salad which were both good. For the mains we had the fish and lasagna. The fish was good but a bit bland so we used the chili oil to add some spicy and made it pretty good. The lasagna was also good especially the sauce. For dessert we had the creme brulee which again was fine. Overall everything we had was alright but nothing outstanding. The service was slow but the staff was super friendly and for the price we left happy.

What a pleasant surprise in a tourist city full of mediocre restaurants this establishment stands out from the crowd. Positioned to catch the cool breeze at all times the menu is extensive especially for lunch and dinner with an appropriate breakfast menu. The staff are friendly and welcoming with a wonderful attitude regardless of your ability to speak French..sometimes lacking in other restaurants by the port opposite the Marina. The food is fresh, volumous and delectable on each of my numerous visits with a consistency often sought by experienced diners. I was surprised to see such harsh reviews and would suggest they were misguided..however to each their own opinion. The price is reasonable for the quality offered and the position is outstanding as so easy to find with long trading hours...my suggestion..give this establishment a try..guaranteed you will return
